The Human Rights Commission of Sri Lanka (HRCSL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation on 20th October 2023 in Moscow, Russia. Representing the HRCSL, the Chairman    Justice L.T.B. Dehideniya signed the MOU with Prof. Titiana Moskalkova, representing the High Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation.
